How it works?

1) You buy your hot tub via tubtrader.co.uk
2) You get in touch with tubtrader (details found on our about us page)
3) You tell us the address of the seller and your address
4) We calculate a price depending on distance of delivery
5) We arrange a date for delivery and a survey if necessary
6) We deliver your new tub
7) We offer a commissioning service.

What is a commisioning service?

Our commisioning services includes.

- The set up and programming of your hot tub
- A chemical induction showing you how to keep your hot tub crystal clear
- A chemical starter kit including everything you need to start you off

How do i know my hot tub is in safe hands?

Our team uses a Spa dolly for all tub deliveries. The Spa dolly is a specially designed trailer that ensures a safe and smooth collection and delivery of your tub.
